State Notices
SuiteFace Inc., a Florida corporation · Version 1.0 · Last updated October 16, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service
SuiteFace serves adults in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The Terms are written to the strictest common rules so every member gets the same protections. Where your state's law gives you more rights than the Terms, your state's law controls, and any part of the Terms your state doesn't allow simply doesn't apply to you.

Notices for specific states
California. You may cancel your Buy-In within 3 business days (Terms 4.6). The release in Terms 8.3 includes a waiver of Civil Code section 1542. Under Civil Code section 1789.3, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210. California privacy rights are described in the Privacy Policy, Section 7.
New Jersey. Nothing in the Terms limits any right you have under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act. Provisions limiting liability, damages or remedies apply only to the extent New Jersey law allows. SuiteFace has not conducted a criminal background screening of its members.
New York, Illinois and Texas. These states require online dating services to give members safety awareness information and to say whether they screen members' criminal backgrounds. SuiteFace does not conduct criminal background screenings. Safety information is in the Safety Guide and is shown before members message or meet.
States with dating-service contract laws. Several states give members of dating or social referral services a short right to cancel and limit contract terms. SuiteFace's 3-business-day cancellation right, month-to-month membership with online cancellation, and refund timing are designed to meet or exceed these rules in every state.
States with comprehensive privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia). You can use your rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and limit sensitive-data use by emailing help@suiteface.com with the subject "Privacy Request," and appeal any decision by replying to our answer.
States with biometric privacy laws (including Illinois, Texas and Washington). SuiteFace asks for your written consent before any face comparison, and neither SuiteFace nor its partner uses it for anything except verifying you.
Residents of other states. If your state requires a notice or right not listed here, it still applies to you. Contact help@suiteface.com and we'll honor it.
