Terms of Service & Member Agreement
SuiteFace Inc., a Florida corporation ("SuiteFace," "we") · suiteface.com · help@suiteface.com · Version 1.0 · Last updated October 16, 2026
How you agree to these Terms
You accept these Terms by signing electronically. At each signing point SuiteFace shows the agreement in a pop-up, and you:
- type your full legal name between slashes, like /Jordan Lee Smith/,
- select today's date, and
- tap I Sign and Agree.
SuiteFace records your typed signature, the date you selected, the time, the agreement name and version, and the device you used. Your typed signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. You sign at:
- Sign-up (Sign-up Agreement, these Terms, and the Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement)
- Buy-In (Membership and Payment Agreement), before any payment is taken
- Joker Maker Lobby entry, before the $210 entry is charged
- Each Joker you make (Joker Attestation)
No profile is activated and no payment is processed until the matching agreement is signed.
The short version
- You must be 18 or older. No exceptions.
- SuiteFace is a card table, not a matchmaker. We introduce members. We don't guarantee, promise or promote any relationship, date, match or outcome.
- Meeting strangers carries real risk. Harm can happen. You choose whether to meet and you accept that risk. In an emergency, call 911.
- Meet in public, tell someone where you'll be, and arrange your own ride. Never meet in a private place for a first date.
- SuiteFace does not run criminal background checks unless a feature clearly says it does.
- Your membership is at will. You can leave at any time, and SuiteFace can end access for rule-breaking.
- You own what you say. Jokers, statements and claims are yours, signed by you, and you're responsible for them.
- Disputes go to individual arbitration, unless you opt out within 30 days.
1. Who can join
1.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to visit member areas, create an account, or use any part of SuiteFace. You confirm your full date of birth at sign-up. If we learn or reasonably believe a member is under 18, we close the account immediately, without refund.
1.2 You also promise that:
- you can legally enter a binding contract;
- you are not barred from using SuiteFace by any law, court order or protective order;
- you have never been convicted of, or pleaded guilty or no contest to, a felony or any crime involving violence, sexual misconduct, stalking or harassment, and you are not required to register as a sex offender anywhere;
- you are not prohibited from contacting any SuiteFace member;
- you will keep one account only, in your own name, and will not create another after SuiteFace removes or limits you.
1.3 Accurate information. Everything you put on your Face (your profile) must be true and current: your name, age, photos, relationship status and the answers you choose to share. Photos must be of you, recent, and show your face. "Prefer not to say" is always allowed; false answers are not.
1.4 Verification. SuiteFace may require a verified phone number and, for some features, an identity check through our payment partner using a driver's license, state ID card or passport. We never ask for your Social Security number. Verification confirms that a document and a face match. It is not a background check and is not a promise about anyone's character or conduct.
1.5 Your account. Keep your login private. You're responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us right away at help@suiteface.com if you think someone else has used it.
2. What SuiteFace is, and isn't
2.1 A place to meet, not a matchmaker. SuiteFace deals you a deck of other members based on the preferences you set and the answers members provide. A card's rank (Ace to 2) reflects how well a member's answers fit your settings. It is not a recommendation, endorsement, rating of character, or prediction that a date or relationship will go well.
2.2 No guarantees. SuiteFace does not guarantee, promise or promote any relationship, date, marriage, friendship, number of matches, number of cards in your deck, response from another member, or any outcome at all. Members are free to play, burn, ignore or leave anyone, at any time, for any reason.
2.3 At will. Your membership is at will. You may stop using SuiteFace, pause, or cancel at any time under Section 4. SuiteFace may suspend or end any account at any time for breaking these Terms or to protect members, subject to the account rules in Sections 6 and 7.
2.4 We don't screen members. SuiteFace does not conduct criminal background checks or screen members for criminal history, sex-offender registration or mental health, unless a feature clearly states otherwise. Some states require us to tell you this plainly: SuiteFace has not run a criminal background check on the members you see. Identity verification (1.4) is not a background check. You are responsible for your own judgment and safety.
2.5 Not a party. SuiteFace is not a party to anything that happens between members, online or in person, including dates, money shared on a date (for example through Venmo or Cash App), and anything said or done. Members are independent people, not SuiteFace's employees, agents or representatives.
2.6 Information from members. Profiles, answers, photos, Jokers and statements come from members. SuiteFace doesn't verify them except where a feature says so, and isn't responsible for their accuracy.
3. Meeting people: risk and safety
3.1 You accept the risk. Meeting people you don't know, online or in person, carries risk. Harm can happen, including emotional harm, financial loss, theft, physical injury, sexual assault, and in rare cases worse. You alone decide whether, when, where and how to meet anyone, and you voluntarily assume all risk of doing so. Checking in, Play Hand, ranks, verification marks and Joker meters are tools, not safety guarantees.
3.2 Emergencies. If you are in danger or someone is hurt, call 911 first. Then, if you can, tell SuiteFace through Report a safety concern. SuiteFace is not an emergency service and can't send help.
3.3 House safety rules for every date. We strongly urge every member to:
- Meet in a busy public place for at least the first several dates: a restaurant, coffee shop or event. Never meet at a home, hotel room, car or any private or isolated place for a first date.
- Tell a friend or family member who you're meeting, where, and when you expect to be home. Share your live location with them if you can.
- Get yourself there and back. Drive yourself or use your own rideshare. Don't accept a ride from your date, and don't let them pick you up at home.
- Keep personal details private until you trust someone: your home address, workplace, schedule, financial information and your children's details. SuiteFace keeps phone numbers hidden until both players call a Win.
- Watch your drink. Know your limits with alcohol, never leave a drink unattended, and never accept a drink you didn't see poured.
- Never send money, gift cards, crypto or financial information to someone you haven't known for a long time in person, no matter the story.
- Trust your gut. Leave whenever you want. You never owe anyone your time, a second date, or physical contact. Consent can be withdrawn at any moment.
- Video chat first if you're unsure the person is who they say.
- Report anyone who pressures, threatens, harasses or scares you. Use Block or Report in the app.
3.4 After a date. If anything happened that made you feel unsafe, use Report a safety concern. Safety reports go to SuiteFace staff, can lead to suspension or removal, are never handled as a Joker, and can never be bought out.
3.5 Resources. National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233 · RAINN Sexual Assault Hotline: 1-800-656-4673 · Emergency: 911.
4. Membership, payments and automatic renewal
4.1 Free to join. Creating an account and building your Face is free. The Buy-In opens when your table is ready: at least 13 fitting members within 100 miles, or 52 within 250 miles.
4.2 What you pay.
| Charge | Amount | When |
|---|---|---|
| Buy-In | $21.00 one time | When you buy in. Unlocks your full Face, your deck, and your first 30 days. |
| Monthly membership | $2.10 a month | Starts 30 days after your Buy-In and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Required to keep your deck and to contact any member. |
| Re-Buy-In | $21.00 | If you return after a pause longer than 21 days, or after cancelling. |
| Joker Maker Lobby entry | $210.00 per entry | Optional. See Section 6. |
| Lobby Joker removal | $210.00 | Optional. See Section 6. |
| Public Joker buy-out | $2,100.00 | Optional. See Section 6. |
Prices are in US dollars, plus any tax that applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; SuiteFace never sees or stores your full card number.
4.3 Automatic renewal disclosure. By buying in, you authorize SuiteFace to charge your payment method $2.10 every month, starting 30 days after your Buy-In, until you cancel. We show these terms before you pay and email a confirmation afterward with instructions to cancel. If the price ever changes, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.
4.4 Cancel anytime, online. Cancel at any time in Settings → Membership → Manage billing, the same way you signed up, with no phone call needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for; you keep access until then.
4.5 Pause. You may pause for up to 21 days. While paused, your card is hidden, contact is off, and no monthly charge is made. If you don't resume within 21 days, your membership ends and a new $21.00 Buy-In is required to return.
4.6 Your 3-day right to cancel the Buy-In. You may cancel your Buy-In for a full $21.00 refund within 3 business days after you buy in (not counting weekends or federal holidays), by emailing help@suiteface.com with the subject "Cancel Buy-In" or using Settings → Membership. We refund within 10 days. This applies to members in every state.
4.7 Other refunds. Except for 4.6 and where the law requires otherwise, all charges are non-refundable, including partial months, unused deck time and lobby entries. If your state gives you a longer or broader right to cancel, SuiteFace will honor it (see the State Notices).
4.8 Failed payments. If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry. Contact and deck access pause until payment succeeds.
4.9 Ask the Dealer and The Raise. Ask the Dealer is a free AI help desk. The Raise is an optional one-time purchase of $2.10 per Raise: AI-generated date suggestions based on what is shown on your card and the other member's card. Both are produced by artificial intelligence and may be wrong or out of date. Place suggestions are ideas, not endorsements: check hours, details and safety yourself, always meet in a public place, and call 911 in an emergency. The Dealer is not a lawyer, counselor or safety service. A Raise is used when you submit it. If the Dealer can't finish, that Raise is returned to you. You may Fold once within 7 days of a Raise for one free set of new suggestions. A used Raise is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. House rules: member conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, bully, intimidate or abuse anyone, on or off SuiteFace;
- pressure anyone for sex, photos, money or personal information, or continue contact after someone says no, blocks you or burns your card;
- post or send sexually explicit content, nudity, or anything involving a minor;
- impersonate anyone, use someone else's photos, or misrepresent your age, relationship status or identity;
- create, or help anyone create, a profile for another person;
- ask for or send money, gift cards, crypto or investments; run scams, romance fraud, sales pitches, recruiting, or advertising;
- post hateful content or attack anyone for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
- share another member's private information, photos, messages, phone number or location outside SuiteFace without their permission;
- record or photograph a date without their consent;
- make false Jokers or false reports, or coordinate with others to target someone;
- use bots, scrapers, fake accounts or automation, or try to get around blocks, bans, the Buy-In or the Joker rules;
- break any law.
SuiteFace may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and keep a member's verified phone or ID from rejoining, when we reasonably believe these rules were broken. We may share information with law enforcement where the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
6. Jokers and the Joker Maker Lobby
6.1 What a Joker is. A Joker is a member's own rating of a hand they played personally. It is that member's statement, signed by them, not SuiteFace's. SuiteFace does not investigate, confirm or adopt any Joker, and a Joker is not a finding of fact.
6.2 Vote Jokers. After a confirmed Play Hand on one of the first three dates two members have together, a member who calls a Loss may make a Joker within 12 hours. From the fourth date on, a Loss can only burn the card, and the only way to make a Joker about that member is the Joker Maker Lobby. When a member receives 10 Jokers from 10 different members within 180 days, their card shows JOKER for 45 days. During the first 15 days (probation) the card stays visible and can't be paused or hidden. After probation, the member may clear it for $2,100.00 or wait out the 45 days.
6.3 Joker Maker Lobby. The $210.00 lobby entry is an access fee only. It buys one entry to the lobby. It does not purchase, guarantee or influence any Joker, and it is non-refundable for any reason, including if you make no Joker, if a Joker you make is challenged or removed, or if your account is closed. Inside the lobby you may set one Joker on another SuiteFace member, choosing reasons from the house list, writing a statement, and signing the Joker Attestation. A lobby Joker shows for 45 days. Each account may make 12 lobby Jokers in its lifetime, and only one per member.
6.4 Your attestation, and your responsibility. When you make any Joker, you swear that:
- it is true;
- it comes from your own first-hand, direct experience with that member, not from rumor or anyone else's account;
- you did not create that member's profile or account, didn't help anyone create it, and have no knowledge of a friend or any other person creating it to target them; and
- you found their card on SuiteFace on your own, in your deck (your best hand) or while searching in the Joker Maker Lobby.
You alone are responsible for every Joker, reason and statement you make. If a Joker you make is false, misleading, retaliatory or coordinated, you may be liable to the person you named, and you agree to defend and repay SuiteFace for any claim, cost or damages that result (Section 8.4). SuiteFace may close your account and keep any fees paid.
6.5 Challenges. Any member who receives a Joker may file a free formal challenge. A lobby Joker is removed automatically when SuiteFace's records show no direct relationship between the two members on SuiteFace (no Pair, Play Hand or played card). Otherwise the Joker stands until it expires or is removed.
6.6 Removing a lobby Joker. A member may remove a lobby Joker immediately for $210.00. They are then protected from new lobby Jokers for 45 days.
6.7 What others see. Other members see a meter from 0/10 to 9/10, or JOKER while a Joker is active. Nobody is shown who made a Joker. You never see your own count, but you can always see any active Joker on your card with its reasons, and challenge it.
6.8 Safety is separate. Threats, violence, sexual misconduct, stalking or anything that made you feel unsafe must go to Report a safety concern, not the lobby. Safety outcomes can't be bought out.
6.9 Members only. Jokers may only be made about SuiteFace members. Don't submit information about anyone who isn't a member.
7. Privacy, location, messages and your account
7.1 Privacy Policy. How SuiteFace collects, uses and protects your information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7.2 Sensitive answers. Some optional questions touch on sensitive topics such as race, sexual orientation, religion, politics, income and health. Every one offers "Prefer not to say." Sensitive answers start Face Down (private, used only for matching) until you choose to show them. By answering, you consent to SuiteFace using them to build decks.
7.3 Location. SuiteFace stores only your ZIP code. "Use my location" and check-in read your phone's location at that moment to find the nearest ZIP or confirm you're together; exact coordinates are erased within 15 minutes.
7.4 Messages and phone numbers. Members talk through SuiteFace chat. Phone numbers stay hidden from other members until both players call a Win and each chooses to share. SuiteFace texts you from its own number for check-ins and hand results; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to end texts. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest; SuiteFace staff may review a conversation only when a member reports it, or where the law requires.
7.5 Identity checks. If you verify your identity, our partner compares your ID with a selfie. SuiteFace receives only the result (verified or not, name and date of birth), never your ID images, and asks your consent before any face comparison.
7.6 Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting ends your membership but doesn't refund charges. To keep the Joker system fair, SuiteFace keeps a record of active Jokers and safety outcomes tied to your verified phone or ID, and restores any remaining Joker time if you return. We keep other records only as long as needed for legal, safety, tax and fraud purposes.
8. Disclaimers, limits of liability, release and indemnity
8.1 As is. SuiteFace is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, SuiteFace Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. SuiteFace makes no warranty about the conduct, identity, intentions, health or background of any member.
8.2 Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, SuiteFace Inc. and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, money, reputation or emotional distress, arising from your use of SuiteFace or from any member's conduct, online or in person. SuiteFace's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid SuiteFace in the 12 months before the claim.
8.3 Release. You release SuiteFace Inc. from claims, demands and damages of every kind arising out of or connected with disputes between you and other members, or anything that happens when you meet someone you found through SuiteFace. If you live in California, you waive California Civil Code section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." Similar laws in other states are waived to the extent allowed.
8.4 Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SuiteFace Inc. from any claim, loss, cost or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of SuiteFace, your content, any Joker, reason or statement you make, your conduct with other members, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
8.5 What these limits don't cover. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct where those protections apply.
9. Disputes
9.1 Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, email help@suiteface.com with your name, the problem and what you want. We'll try to resolve it within 60 days.
9.2 Individual arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and SuiteFace Inc. agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could.
9.3 No class actions. You and SuiteFace each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join any class, collective or representative action.
9.4 Opt out. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing help@suiteface.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and account email within 30 days of first signing these Terms. Opting out doesn't affect anything else in these Terms.
9.5 Governing law and courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you live outside Florida, you keep any consumer protections your home state's law says can't be waived.
9.6 Time limit. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
10. General terms
10.1 Electronic signatures and records. You agree to sign agreements and receive notices electronically. Your typed /Name/ signature with the date you select is your legal signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. You may download a copy of anything you sign from Settings → My agreements.
10.2 Changes. SuiteFace may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with its date and, for material changes, notify you at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes to arbitration won't apply to disputes already pending. If you keep using SuiteFace after changes take effect, the new Terms apply; you can cancel anytime if you don't agree.
10.3 Ending your access. You can leave at any time. SuiteFace can suspend or end access for breaking these Terms, for safety, or if required by law. Sections 3.1, 6.4, 8, 9 and 10 survive after your account ends.
10.4 Your content. You own what you post. You give SuiteFace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and use it to run SuiteFace, for as long as it's on the service.
10.5 Brand. SuiteFace, the SuiteFace wordmark, the Joker hat, "No Jokers Needed" and related names and designs belong to SuiteFace Inc.
10.6 Whole agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the agreements you sign in the app are the entire agreement between you and SuiteFace Inc. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver.
10.7 State notices. Some states give you extra rights or require specific notices. They're listed on the State Notices page, which is part of these Terms. Where your state's law gives you more protection than these Terms, your state's law applies.
10.8 Contact. SuiteFace Inc., a Florida corporation · help@suiteface.com · suiteface.com
Agreements you sign
Each agreement below appears in a pop-up. Agreements A and E are signed at sign-up, B before the Buy-In, C before each lobby entry, and D for every Joker. Each and ends with your typed /Name/ signature, the date, and I Sign and Agree.
A. Sign-up Agreement
I confirm that:
- I am 18 years of age or older, and the date of birth I entered is true.
- I have read and agree to the SuiteFace Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including individual arbitration and the class-action waiver (I may opt out within 30 days).
- SuiteFace does not guarantee or promote any relationship, match or outcome. My membership is at will.
- SuiteFace does not run criminal background checks on members.
- Meeting strangers carries risk, and harm can happen. I accept that risk. I will meet in public places, tell someone where I am going, arrange my own transportation, never meet in a private place for a first date, and call 911 in an emergency.
- I have never been convicted of a violent or sexual crime and am not required to register as a sex offender.
- Everything I put on my profile is true, I created it myself, and I will keep only one account.
B. Buy-In and Membership Agreement
- I authorize SuiteFace Inc. to charge $21.00 today for my Buy-In, which includes my first 30 days.
- I authorize a recurring charge of $2.10 every month, starting 30 days from today, until I cancel. I can cancel anytime online in Settings.
- A pause longer than 21 days ends my membership, and returning requires a new $21.00 Buy-In.
- Charges are non-refundable except where the law requires.
- Contact with other members requires an active paid membership.
C. Joker Maker Lobby Entry Agreement
- This $210.00 buys one entry to the Joker Maker Lobby. It is an access fee only.
- It does not purchase, guarantee or influence any Joker, and it is non-refundable for any reason, including if I make no Joker or a Joker is challenged or removed.
- I may only make Jokers about SuiteFace members, from my own first-hand experience.
- Safety concerns belong in Report a safety concern, not the lobby.
E. Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement (signed at sign-up)
In exchange for being allowed to use SuiteFace, I agree that:
- I understand the risks. Meeting people I don't know, online or in person, can lead to emotional harm, financial loss, theft, physical injury, sexual assault or worse. I voluntarily assume all of these risks, known and unknown.
- I am responsible for my own safety and choices, including whether, when, where and how I meet anyone, and what I share. In an emergency I will call 911.
- I release SuiteFace Inc., its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents from all claims, demands, losses and damages arising from my use of SuiteFace or from the conduct of any member or other person I meet through it, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- I will hold harmless, defend and indemnify SuiteFace Inc. against any claim, loss, cost or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from my conduct, my content, any Joker or statement I make, or my breach of the Terms or the law.
- I won't sue SuiteFace Inc. over another member's conduct, and any dispute I do have goes to individual arbitration as the Terms describe (unless I opt out within 30 days).
- This release doesn't cover anything the law in my state won't allow to be released, such as SuiteFace's own gross negligence or intentional misconduct where that protection applies. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- I have read this release, I understand I am giving up legal rights, and I sign it voluntarily.
D. Joker Attestation (signed for every Joker)
About the member named in my Joker, I swear that:
- This Joker is true and comes from my own first-hand, direct experience with this member, not from rumor or anyone else's account.
- I did not create this member's profile or account, I did not help anyone create it, and I have no knowledge of a friend or any other person creating it in order to target this member.
- I discovered this member's card on SuiteFace on my own, while viewing my deck (my best hand) or while searching in the Joker Maker Lobby.
- I am not acting with, or on behalf of, anyone else, and this is not retaliation for a Joker or report made about me.
- The reasons I selected and my statement are accurate, and any evidence I upload is genuine and unaltered.
- I take full ownership of this Joker and its claims. I understand I may be legally responsible if it is false, and I agree to defend and repay SuiteFace Inc. for any claim that results.
- If any of this is untrue, SuiteFace may remove the Joker, close my account and keep any fees I paid.
