Joker Rules
SuiteFace Inc., a Florida corporation · Version 1.0 · Last updated October 16, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service, Section 6
No Jokers Needed. Most players never see one. These are the house rules for the ones who earn it.
How a hand is called
- Pair: you both play each other's card.
- Check in: together in person, both phones check in (or swap a Table Code). That starts Play Hand.
- Call it: each player calls the hand privately.
| Both calls | Result | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Win + Win | Win | Second date. The Pair stays. |
| Either says Loss | Loss | The card burns. On your first three dates together only, the player who called Loss may make a Joker within 12 hours of Play Hand. |
| Anything else | Push | Both have 24 hours to both say Win. If not, it's an automatic Loss, and no Joker can be made. |
Vote Jokers
- Only on your first three verified dates together. Each checked-in Play Hand counts as a date. From the fourth date on, a Loss can only burn the card; the only way to Joker that member is the Joker Maker Lobby.
- One Joker per person, per member, from a real Play Hand.
- 10 Jokers from 10 different players within 180 days → the card shows JOKER for 45 days.
- First 15 days: probation. The card stays on the table; it can't be paused or hidden.
- After probation: clear it for $2,100, or wait out the 45 days.
The Joker Maker Lobby
- $210 entry, non-refundable. It buys lobby access only, not any Joker.
- Members only. Find a card by name, username or ZIP. Phone or email finds someone only by exact match, and only if you've played a hand together.
- To make a Joker: pick reasons from the house list, tell it straight, and sign the Joker Attestation: it's true; it's your own first-hand experience; you didn't create their profile and don't know anyone who did; and you found their card yourself, in your deck or in the lobby.
- A lobby Joker shows JOKER for 45 days.
- 12 lobby Jokers per account, ever, and one per member.
House reasons
Stood me up / no-show · Profile misrepresentation · Wasn't single · Asked me for money · Disrespectful or demeaning · Pushed past my boundaries · Lied about intentions · Showed up impaired · Ghosted after commitments · Not the person in the photos · Selling or recruiting · Other first-hand conduct
If you get Jokered
- See it: any active Joker on your card shows in Settings with its reasons. You never see your vote count, and nobody is told who made a Joker.
- Challenge it, free: a lobby Joker comes off automatically if you two never had a hand together on SuiteFace.
- Remove a lobby Joker for $210: it comes off right away, and no new lobby Jokers can land on you for 45 days.
- Clear a public (vote) Joker for $2,100 after the 15-day probation, or wait out the 45 days.
- Deleting your account doesn't erase a Joker. It stays tied to your verified phone or ID and returns, with its remaining time, if you come back.
What's never a Joker
Threats, violence, sexual misconduct, stalking, or anything that made someone feel unsafe goes to Report a safety concern, straight to staff. Safety outcomes can't be bought out. If you're in danger, call 911.
Your word is yours
Every Joker is the maker's own signed statement, not SuiteFace's. A false, retaliatory or coordinated Joker can make its maker legally responsible to the person named, and to SuiteFace.
