I confirm that:

  1. I am 18 years of age or older, and the date of birth I entered is true.
  2. I have read and agree to the SuiteFace Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including individual arbitration and the class-action waiver (I may opt out within 30 days).
  3. SuiteFace does not guarantee or promote any relationship, match or outcome. My membership is at will.
  4. SuiteFace does not run criminal background checks on members.
  5. Meeting strangers carries risk, and harm can happen. I accept that risk. I will meet in public places, tell someone where I am going, arrange my own transportation, never meet in a private place for a first date, and call 911 in an emergency.
  6. I have never been convicted of a violent or sexual crime and am not required to register as a sex offender.
  7. Everything I put on my profile is true, I created it myself, and I will keep only one account.
